Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience for all our patients, please review the following policy: Booking Appointments: Online Booking: Appointments can be conveniently scheduled online through our website 24/7. Phone Booking: If you prefer, you can call our office during business hours to speak with our friendly staff and schedule an appointment. New Patients: Please select the "General Consultation" option for your first visit to allow for a thorough assessment and discussion of your medical history. Specialty Care: For appointments with our specialists, please choose the appropriate service category. If unsure, our staff can assist you in selecting the correct appointment type. Appointment Confirmation and Reminders: Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon successfully booking your appointment. Please review the details carefully. Reminders: We will send you an email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. Rescheduling: To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows may result in a fee or difficulty booking future appointments. Arrival and Check-In: Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.
